I hereby assign and grant to Pawsible K9 Dog Training and Hayley May the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) made of me and/or my dog(s) at any time during the training and/or boarding of my dog(s) by Pawsible K9 Dog Training, and I hereby release Pawsible K9 Dog Training and Hayley May from any and all liability resulting from such use, reproduction, distribution, and publication.

I undersigned hereby acknowledges that I am voluntarily participating in Dog Training with Pawsible K9 Dog Training. Pawsible K9 Dog Training will exercise all necessary and proper care and precautions to keep all participant and dogs safe during training sessions in order to prevent injury to any person, property, other dog or person. However, because dogs are animals and may be unpredictable, Pawsible K9 Dog Training cannot protect against every potential injury, risk or accident. This Release and Waiver are intended to shift the risk of participating in dog training to the Participant/Owner/Guardian of the dog participating in training. I acknowledge that I have had full opportunity to discuss any and all concerns I have regarding foregoing risks Pawsible K9 Dog Training and its authorized representatives. Participant agrees to hold harmless Pawsible K9 Dog Training( Hayley May) free from any and all claims of injury, loss, cost, expenses, or damage caused by the actions of Participant's dog during the course of training/boarding, or under the care, custody or control of Pawsible dog Training. I hereby accept and assume, without reservation, all risks associated with my participation in the training program, including, but not limited to: the risks of any and all injuries to myself, my dog and any of my family members or third parties who may attend; the risks that my dog may cause injury to other persons
and/or dogs involved; and the risks that saliva, water, food, and/or other debris may be present in the training area.

This program is designed to help both you AND your dog succeed. You will be included every step of the way and get lots of hands-on practice while your dog is with us. Think Mid-session, Go Home session, Instagram updates, and Phone conversations.
Over the next two/three weeks your dog will learn:
• Sit/Stay
• Walking Nicely on Leash
• Down/Stay
• Reliable Recall
• Overcoming Fears (scared of bikes, cars, etc.)
• Place Command (this is my favorite! Think of it as Doggy Meditation)
• Thresholds (being polite at the front door, car door, etc.)
• Manners inside the home
• Being polite while out in public (going to a restaurant or walking in a busy park)
• Calm in the Car
• Crate Manners
• During this time, your dog will become fully e collar trained, which can lead to off leash fun!
YOU are a major part of this process. I want you to live a happy life with your dog and this program will get you there. I look forward to working with you and your dog!
Refund Policy: There are no refunds for a board and train program once you have dropped off your dog. The deposit is also non-refundable but can be rescheduled for a different date as long as the cancellation is done within two weeks of your start date. This allows us to place another dog in that slot. We do, however, offer a home visit with one free one included to help you after the program. We also offer lifetime support of asking your trainer questions and helping you through any situations that arise as well as 5 day refresher course for a fee, for your dog and you as needed.
